14-day money-back guarantee
Missionly.ai is operated by Push Purpose. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your initial subscription purchase. If you are not satisfied with the Service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your original order date.
Outside of this 14-day window, due to the nature of the product (instant digital access and AI-generated outputs delivered on demand), monthly subscription fees are non-refundable. You will continue to be billed each month until you cancel.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund within the 14-day window:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
- Email us at hello@pushpurpose.com with your order ID and we will help you process the refund through Paddle.
Refunds are typically returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel more than 72 hours before your next renewal date. Cancellations made within 72 hours of renewal will take effect after the upcoming charge.
After cancellation takes effect, you will not be billed again and will retain access until the end of your current paid period.
