1. Who we are
Missionly.ai (the "Service") is operated by Push Purpose("Push Purpose", "we", "us"). Push Purpose is the data controller for personal data processed through the Service.
2. Personal data we collect and why

Payment-card and billing details are collected directly by Paddle (see section 4) and are not stored by Push Purpose.
3. Cookies
We use a small number of essential cookies to keep you signed in and to operate the Service, and limited analytics cookies to understand how the Service is used. We do not use advertising cookies. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser.
4. Who we share data with
- Paddle.com Market Limited — our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles the sale of the product, subscription management, payments, tax compliance, invoicing, refunds, and fraud prevention.
- Cloud infrastructure providers — hosting, database, authentication, file storage, and email delivery subprocessors.
- AI model providers — to generate Outputs from your prompts and Inputs.
- Analytics and support tooling — to operate and improve the Service.
- Professional advisers — legal, accounting, and audit partners under confidentiality.
- Authorities — where required by law or to protect our rights.
We do not sell your personal data.
5. Data retention
We retain personal data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period thereafter to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Content data is deleted or anonymised when no longer needed for these purposes.
6. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or port your personal data; to object to certain processing; to withdraw consent; and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. We will respond to verified requests within one month.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encryption in transit, access controls, and regular review of our security practices.
